A part of Gallery Shop space is also available for rental during no exhibition period. Terms and Conditions *Gallery spaces are available for exhibition use ONLY (Shop window in the gallery shop is available for exhibition space) *Art works need to be sent with application for further judgments *50% of rental fee is required with application *As a prerequisite, management of rental space, including reception is responsible to the user *During exhibition, user must stay at the galley *Screws are not allowed to use on the wall *Any special arrangement of exhibition requires owner’s permission *User must maintain the condition of the rental space same as it before used *Any damaged part in the rental space requires reparation *Cancellation due to any reason generates 50% of pre-paid reservation fee (50% of rental fee) *DM, poster and any advertisement activity may be prepared by user self *Small sized storage, refrigerator, kettle and a table set is available as gallery equipment *User should behave as staying at a first-class hotel. *Opening party can be held by user’s own responsibility, but any musical performance or noise is banned *If any music and performance is needed, the hotel can introduce other suitable place *At the time of carrying in/out, a free parking ticket can be issued by request *Free shuttle bus is available between JR Osaka station and HYATT regency Osaka *User can stay at hotel at discount rate *GATHP does not hold responsibility to any accident occurred during the exhibition |

News letter is bimonthly published in 3000 copies, 2000 copies are distributed to the guests of Lexus Senboku, 1000 are used as stocks to set in the hotel or for DM. If anyone would like to send DM to GATHP's customers, please prepare copies of DM with appropriate amount of stamps and send to our office.
